This essay considers the evolving society of our time and the problems connected to the changing dimension of time and space. The discussion takes into considerationPeter Drucker's Philosophical and economic perspective when talking about economy.It is also pointed out the importance of having a deep notion about time. Then there it is described the relationship between working time and leisure time, as well as the increasing problem of these days, that is to say:  shortage of jobs and how to solve this problem.
